About me

I believe that people desire to be a part of something, to be involved and that they have an internal, natural need to act, to find fulfillment and to realize their potential. Strengthening people's “intention to be” does not require a lot of effort. Unfortunately in some cases, companies do not encourage their employees to realize their potential and sometimes they can actively hinder its attainment. Loyalty matters. Let’s make our workplace a better place.
About me
Who am I?

Scientist, Trainer, Recruitment specialist

I am a humanist, which is not to say that I am useless at counting. To tell you the truth I can count very well, especially when it comes to counting on people. In science, as well as in professional work, I have faced the challenge of how to attract candidates with the best competencies and how to help them to develop whilst retaining them in their positions. On a daily basis I combine research work on employee loyalty with co-operation with businesses. In my view, there is nothing more practical than a good theory.

I work with people, but most of all for people.

I value authenticity, development and openness.

If you want, you will find the way, if you don’t, you will find a reason not to. I want people to want to do something, but to also have the courage to let go when they think the moment is right. My cognitive perspective has been influenced by studies in the field of sociology and human resources management. Since 2008 I have been active in the field of HR. In both recruitment and training, I have been schooled by the best. Having worked in an internal HR department I have come face to face with expectations, needs and possibilities – whilst flexibly looking for satisfactory solutions.

Away from the office, you will find me somewhere between a boxing ring and salsa dance floor. If you want to see my eyes light up with passion, aside from anything related to HR, you can ask me about a car that has soul, my dog or psycho-dynamics.

I want to be your confidant in conversations about employee loyalty. Let’s talk openly about what you are up against…
