Companies nowadays struggle with a vitally important issue which is critical to their success, the issue of having qualified, loyal and committed employees. Organizations must compete for new employees, while simultaneously facing changing demographic conditions and social expectations that generate new values and requirements in relation to the model of work. On the one hand, the difficulty in acquiring qualified employees has resulted in increased efforts by employers to create a brand of employer by choice (Employer branding). On the other hand it appears that difficulties have arisen with regard to keeping employees, caused by changes in respect to the culture of adherence to a particular employer – reduced levels of employee loyalty leads to more frequent changes in workplace. Taking into consideration the fact that most Candidates are currently employed, it confronts these organizations with a double-edged challenge: how to hire Candidates with the best qualifications and how to keep them? These are challenges which are hard to face alone.
I believe that knowledge is multiplied when a company shares what it knows with others. I work with small and medium-sized enterprises, companies where people are deemed important and which share my values.
Let’s try to find common ground for co-operation.
